Mike's Rifts specialises in the import and sale of wild caught cichlids from Lakes Malawi and Tanganyika.

Our aim is simple and that is to supply the best quality stocks that are selected from seasoned and experienced wild caught exporters.
With over 27 years experience in keeping rift valley cichlids and having spent time working on Tanganyika and Malawi we have a unique insight into how to care for rift valley cichlids.
Mike's Rifts has developed from a lifelong hobby and passion for rift valley cichlids and is run from home premises.
This allows us to give the live stock the best possible care and attention and also means we can concentrate the business on these fish alone rather than having to sell many different types of fish to cover the extra business costs associated with a high street shop.
We feel this makes a huge difference in the quality and range of cichlid species stocked; the feedback from our customers strongly reflects this.
